Summary
Designed the prototype of an iPad application to aid the Manager to handle the demand spikes at Zingerman during busy weekends.
Problem
Zingerman faces lot of customers making it really difficult to handle the extreme surge of customers on the football weekends
Goal
Provide a solution on iPad to make the manager more organized in order to shorten the wait and lead to smooth functioning

Brainstormed to find out the major factors leading to the problem.

After understanding the main factors we came up with a solution that was addressing the factors found during the Brainstorming session.

Takeaway
It was a great experience working in a team of people whom I didn't know at all. I learned team membership skills and as the team was multidisciplinary our thinking was very different. But together we managed to come up with the best solution addressing the problem.
